wxBuilder 1.5 for Windows
-------------------------

Installation
------------

If you do not have ctl3dv2.dll installed in your windows\system
directory, copy it there. Then delete it from the wxBuilder
directory on your hard disk, or wxBuilder may not run.

Changes
-------

Please see the Change Log section of the help file for recent changes.
The main new feature is the ability to display arbitrary bitmaps
in canvases. Note that this won't work in _generated_ C++
until wxWindows 1.60 is available (mid-October).

This should be a more stable version than previous releases;
but I haven't yet been able to reproduce the foreign-language character
bug.

Good luck!
