Driver
------

jazz comes with an own driver for the mpu hardware, it does NOT work
with the kernels sounddrivers. This is mainly because the kernel driver
doesn't support mpu very well, e.g. it uses the system ticker for timing
instead of the mpu-timer (which is more accurate), it can't send events
immediately while the sequencer is playing and some other limitations.
Since the kernel driver supports all kinds of soundcards, it cannot
cover all the mpu features needed by jazz.
